My leadership journey
was shaped far outside the office.
Before the boardroom, there was a dance floor, a continent, and a family. These are the moments that taught me more about leading people than any management course.
The salsa story
A salsa teacher once pushed me so far beyond my comfort zone that I ended up performing with a dance troupe across Europe. It taught me something I use every day as a coach: you don't grow by staying comfortable. You grow by stepping into the discomfort, and discovering you can move with it.
The year of travel
A year traveling with my family across Asia and Europe. It taught me open-mindedness, adaptability, and resilience. When plans fall apart, you learn to stay grounded and read people with fresh eyes. Skills I bring to every coaching relationship.
